FREE GROUND SHIPPING

We proudly offer complimentary ground shipping to the lower 48 states, with a standard shipping time of 7–14 days. Orders within the continental United States will be shipped via ground transport at no additional cost. This includes standard delivery service without the use of a forklift.

FORKLIFT SERVICE NOT INCLUDED.

Orders for excavators and skid steer loaders require a forklift for unloading. If you do not have one, you will need to rent one to ensure safe delivery.

ORDERS

We only ship within the United States.

All documentation and EPA certification charges will be paid by us.

After payment is made, please allow 3 business days to process your shipment. Delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days.

Machines ship via trucking, while attachments are delivered by FedEx or UPS.

In rare cases, we may not provide an online tracking number. We honor all transactions—your order will be delivered or fully refunded.

IMPORTANT

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before shipment. If the delivery address needs to be changed after shipment, you will be responsible for all applicable fees.

If you fail to select a delivery time slot when required, and the package is returned to us, a 10% reshipment fee will be charged.
